Hi guys
A total newbie query. I have used Arid Encroachment in my games and it seems to do nothing. How does it function as a world enchanment? What doe the dim symbol indicate on the card.
Sorry if this is a bit basic.

Dim sumbol mean that you can use it's action to turn hex into desert. When you cast it it appears in world enchantments list, then you should select it (you can use it 1st time only in next round) by click on it and then select space to make desert.
