Just want to say that I think this card is really no fun, and I really hope this will get nerfed. Just throwing it out here in case someone agrees with me. If so, maybe something could be done.

As Ive said before: Losing because u dont get to play your cards it the most boring way to lose.

I agree it's no fun since it takes away so much of the strategic element of playing. It forces you to do all your actions as soon as possible (or hold back on doing actions) and it also forces you to play what you draw immediately or risk losing it.

All that for only 3U. Even without the ability, with it's vision, it's one of the best cards for capturing flux wells with.

Of course, I'm just echoing what someone else has already previously said, I think it was sexygamer.

I tend to agree. Part of problem might be that it can be used over and over again - it's strong point is creating a complete card denial. If it could only snatch one card from you say every other turn it might be less prone to boring strategies.

Or, perhaps it should be tied to the number of cards the opponent has: it can only be used on opponents with 6 or more cards, or something. Of course the ability would have to be boosted somehow, perhaps even just a Dim action.

Limit to 3 cards per turn. That or dim.

just make it read:

"(dim) pay x flux. opponent discards a random card with a cost of x flux or less."

still retains some utility, but actually makes you pay for what you take away.

Hmmm, I dunno. Ord Stone might counteract this kind of thing.

Zblader; there always will be something you can use to greater the effect of another card, that's why there's so many of them :)
I like doiron's idea. I'd say it can be without dim, but I know those rush lovers would disagree =P

I tend to disagree on nerfing Astridiam Forum.

Mostly because I am worn out with all of the card changes and nerfage at the moment.

Ask me what I think in a month or 2, it might be different...

I still disagree with the nerf at the moment (maybe at the least make it 2X).

And DarkJello, what do you think in a month or two ;) ?

For every card that gets nerfed, 3 cards get buffed. Look at the list of changes.

IMHO, cards are too good in this game overall and it takes a lot of strategy away from the game.

MANY MORE NERFS PLEASE! It will make the game much more strategic, especially when it comes to use of the map.
