Well since the change on him, from letting your creatures come into play undimmed to all creatures within line of sight come into play undimmed, hes not only become weaker, hes become a risk. Usualy these guys come out swinging, they can't even do that anymore because there granting your opponute an advantage, their units come into play undimmed as well now, as this stands the double domain cost is really over priced since this feller is usualy helping both sides in my games, he's not relevant if stuck in some corner, even if you've got a base their, you want your guys coming out swinging, not, oh well now im only 1 more move away from you. This guy went from being 4/5 stars to a 1-2/5 star card, i only play him now in my elemental super-rush deck, and im debating him there as well.
This guy needs either a restore to his former self (prefered) as he didn't seem as insane as some other guys, im looking at you salamander (whose activation cost may need to be raised to 2 flux in my humble oppinon)
Effect only your creatures.
or
Be reduced to a one domain cost.

eh, after playing with him a bit I'm fine with the change. It just means he hangs back more. The ability is still huge with base defense and even making sure your creatures get out quicker.
Although I do agree that elementals are lacking some one-domain creatures.

He's barely, if at all, helping the other side. That means you've brought him to the other person's base - at that point, it's your fault.

well as of yet i have not seen passive elemental decks, elementals work best by getting in your opponutes face and droping answers as they try to defend themselves.

I'm a fan of the new change, but I think his flux cost might be raised, and he should drop to a one domain requirement.
