You should alter BI so that you cannot cast it on any space adjacent to a space that you control

Why? Is it more overpowered than, say, hill giant contractors already? And both are rares. BI is just very slow clock, not unstoppable, and can even be claimed by the enemy... oh, and it's terrain dependant too.

Hill Giant Contractors just makes me wish that I had it in every deck that I own
