Both should cost 6 flux instead of 7.

Alabaster provides no base; bone fortress starts off with 3 HP and provides no base.

Bone fortress does give vision 2 though... + domain... + ability...

Hmm... if we reduce the cost we might need to do the same for 'equivalent' buildings in other domains.
