She's basically an Astridian Diplomat that's domain specific and can't be used by the domain itself with a cost/tap requirement to use. The only benefit...an extra movement for the exact same cost and less usefulness. Seems rather underpowered for the rarity/cost.
Maybe its value will increase in the future.

it's only 1 domain and got fairy subtype. So that's staple for fairy rainbow decks.

This card is vastly inferior to Astridian Diplomat, and really needs to be updated. It has wings in the picture, so I propose removing the flux cost in its ability, and either give it hover, or make it Aloft and reduce its movement.
