people are running killer decks with no expansion cards just to win the gold. this is shit. I paid about 200 gold to get my ass handed to me and have no chance of winning any back with ppl like keyser playing his ragnorok/plasma/sacrificial pit combo. I thought the purpose was to explore the new set. not penalize people who were interested in figuring out how to break the set or come up with cool interactions. |

You are winning your money back plus 30g right now so I'm not sure what is wrong? But the point is to see if you can beat the best seed set decks with the new cards. the decks in general are going to be very tough in here since the best players are going to have access to all the cards. So expect to play against the must brutal decks yet know to TFW. |

I made a pure mf deck and it had only 4 xpansion cards because I felt the deck I was better off that way. Just because you dont see them dosnt mean theyre not there. Also, umm.. im pretty sure there are going to be unbalanced combos in the new set so thats their loss. |

That's really your answer? it just started. if that is a serious statement give me the gold now then. otherwise, the only reason I'm "winning my money back" is because no one but me and a few others have played much. sheesh. |

Actually, I wasn't playing the normal deck you have seen me play in the EC. I modified it with the new cards, completely changing the goal/purpose of the deck. And it certainly isn't unbeatablee. I got my arse handed to me by UBER when I was using that deck. And I'm playing other decks as well. I used the one you played against twice. I have used a psion themed deck twice (though one game crashed and neither myself nor ugly_pug seem to have gotten points from it), and I've used a Chaos/MF deck twice. |

People playing killer seed decks is an important part of the testing process. Need to see if the new cards are up to snuff yeah? Only thing I'd recommend is being able to play skirmish games against other people (not the AI) after playing your 11 games, because in a sense yes a killer seed deck has an advantage over a killer borderlands deck when we're not familiar with the new cards. |

I was just grouchy because I wanted to see the new cards and focus on figuring interactions out. a 1 week 1 interval tournament is hardly enough time to do that. especially considering some people have lives outside of playing TFW. |

Yeah I need to change the format a bit so you can play practice games. Next week it will be different. |

Almost sounds like concentrating all TFW gold into hands of few best players who wins those (1st place now over 13k gold..) uh, wish I had chance there |
