A Flame Ent enchanted with Psychotic Break attacked a Faceless Lord from 4 hexes away, out of its sight. Is this how it's supposed to work? Just a bit weird a creature can melee something it can't see.

It is not bug. For example Dimwitted Manticore says "any Figure in sight" but Psychotic Break don't have such restriction.
