Cleanse seems to be way to powerfull, and all the people I've played that is using this cards seems to agree that it should be taken out. After having played it a little myself I agree.

Why is it any worse than the other more limited reset switches in the game (earthquake / soul plague)? With those you can take advantage by limiting your exposure which is not the case with cleanse.

Once you get prepared for it, it's really huge bomb.
Just imagine; playing Diplomat for 3rd domain and right after him Cleanse, you get salvage back, cast base, some cheap creatures (CI has lot of those) - and your opponent is with no flux and full hand struggling. (Because you've of course waited after he casts his big bomb like costy creature or whatever to finish you definitely off..)
You just cast Benefits of Clear Mind 2 ... get some Glory.. once the opponent gets some stuff out you just repeat the cycle.
Believe me, it's really game breaking..

If you can set that situation up, sure it is great. But that means you have saved up quite a bit of flux, which your opponent can watch for. Furthermore, if you just cast your third domain, there is a pretty good chance your opponent recently cast a new domain as well and will be getting salvage too. This is pretty much the same story as Soul Plague and Earthquake.

This is definitely a card I'm worried about. If you have a deck that you think is OP because of cleanse please play me so I can check it out.

I haven't made such deck and I'm not in the last beta, but I would imagine Cleanse would be ridiculously game breaking with scorched horizons.
