Just finished a 2v2... The other team got to go first EVERY round, even if they went last on the prior round! Can someone please fix that? Going 2nd every single round is a distinct and gargantuan disadvantage. Thanks in advance.
Out,
DarkJello

that isn't something I would have any control over ... but, out of curiosity (and maybe to help jed), were you using my script?

Well smello, the answer lies in the above post by Mr I-Love-Q's-In-Scrabble . I really don't think a normal game would do that .

queeshai: We were not using your script. I know because I had Trade Routes in my deck. But it was NOT the most OP card in that 2v2 game either! Imagine, if you will, the power of one Land of Dreams and one Loyal Wilds in a 2v2 format... Just 6 flux later and a good 60-70% of the map belonged to one team!!! That is true power. A few Naturescapes and Wider Woods finished off the debacle. You might consider adding Land of Dreams to your list of unplayables in 2v2 queeshai. Going 2nd every single round was just icing on the cake at that point in the contest... DarkJello

I agree land of dreams can be good 2v2, but I've used it and hell cats/thistle falcons can really jack that up. Also you and teammate have (want?) to wait for creatures until after it is cast, giving enemy time to drop sites. Just my opinion of course. On a more serious note, balogne is spelled bolagna is it not?Speaking of balogna, I'm hungry (but not for bolagna eww). Also, balogna is a friken weird word.

I added land of dreams to the banned list yesterday. list currently includes:
bronze statue, flash flood, land of dreams, that hive, and trade routes
I consider beckon the bricks to still be in a testing phase ... though, for now I don't think it is any more powerful than light of day, earthquake, soul plague, or termite infestation (amongst others).

*sigh* A banlist, which signifies the beginning of the end for an awesome card game. I'll stick to normal custom games when I am on.

I could not disagree more. 2v2 is WAY different than 1v1, therefore it requires extra effort to properly balance. What is the point of playing 2v2 if ridiculously OPd cards are allowed? "Normal custom games" are so much fun EXACTLY because the game has been balanced as needed. Queeshai, in his righteous might, is attempting to make 2v2 more about skillz and battling. OPd combos = mucho NO bueno taco!*! Again, any word on why my team went last EVERY single round regardless of who went last the prior round? These things matter. I won't play 2v2 until this is fixed. The card balancing is a work in progress that MUST continue for the integrity of the 2v2 format! [said with a touch of emphasis] DarkJello
