Right now, the area of control changes immediately when a building is place (or removed, but that generally happens at the end of the round so it's different). I was thinking that since it's such a key part of the game, that it might be better to update it at the end of the round...
The basic behavior I'm talking about is the ability to plop down a building and then prevent the other play from placing anything nearby. For example, if two people are near a flux space, and one person plays a sight 2+ building first, then the other person won't be able to play near the space at all... a very big game changing event based simply on who went first.
Likewise, it does have the "play multiple buildings in a row" massive land grab strategy, which seems kinda weird to me but I haven't seen that be as much of a problem.
By updating at the end of the round, you have the same basic effect from buildings, but it doesn't quite restrict the other player in tight situations... thoughts?

A playtest of it could be helpful in deciding. Until then it could be a good idea, or a gamebreaking one. lol
