This would allow a creature to be visibly removed from the board. The creature model would not be visible by either player, but the controlling player would still see a blue circle on the spot where the creature hid. Any area of effect spells or enchantments would still affect the hidden creature. "Un-hiding" would count as an action, and any other abilities the creature might have could not be used while hidden. Neither player may not build on a space containing a hidden creature. Neither player may move other creatures onto the same hex as the hidden creature. Should an opponent move a creature adjacent to the hidden creature, the creature's owner may un-hide the creature and attack as one action. A hidden creature may not be the direct target of spells or abilities by either player.

I don't think it should be hidden to BOTH players, the owner should have 50% opacity of the model instead. Moving the creature should unhide it unless specified. So we have... - Model hidden to opponents, translucent to owner (has to be viewable to you still)
- Affected by area of effect and enchantments while hidden
- Not targetable by direct spells or abilities while hidden
- Creature still counts as occupying hex (for building, moving, etc.)
- Unable to use own abilities, if applicable, while hidden
- Get attack of opportunity when enemy creature ends movement in adjacent hex and unhides
- Moving unhides creature, unless specified otherwise

You could even remove the line about an attack of opportunity... I'd say it should unhide on attack or, at the very least, unhide on attack if there is another enemy figure to see the attack. That way the dead creature didn't report back, but someone else saw it so they know where the attack was....

Yep, you've got the requirements right Vert, and 50% opacity sounds fine to me.

Not much to add -- I just want to say that I really dig this concept.

Thinking about this... we might have to make a rule of some kind that if a hidden creature is enchanted by its controller, it is automatically un-hidden or cannot be hidden again... otherwise I can see this being abused with Living Monument.
Since we already say creatures cannot be directly targeted while hidden, I guess we could just say creatures with the hide ability are not able to Hide when enchanted. This might actually add a lot to the gameplay of Hidden cards... as it would be great to cast a Pyschic Parasite on an opponent's creature AND nullify its hide ability at the same time.
