Why the "valid terrain" limitation on Isolated Twister. If you can blow a critter any-ole-where with a mogi, and you can magnetically pull a critter any-ole-where with a magic building, why not twister a critter any-ole-where? Seems like it wouldn't make it too powerful a card now that water isn't instant death.

I would tend to agree. It's happened to me a few times and I thought it was pretty odd that it'd do that.
