Astridian Diplomat needs a tweak. Right now he requires two control. There's really no need for him to require any more than one.

Hm, actually it's a bit overpowered now because it's autodrawed card.

This card should definitely NOT be changed to one domain. Sure it seems like a neat idea, but I'm sure it would cause the pace of game to accelerate even more than it already has.

Yes, even now he's very useful. Don't worry - I won't be cheaper

I was agreeing with you Astridian Diplomat IS good and he grants domain. However, he costs 4 flux, a large percentage of the amount of most domain giving buildings, and gives no control over his surrounding spaces. He can also be Lysis'd and Teleported and Black Plagued and Sunbursted. He's vulnerable, he costs a fair bit of flux, and gives no control over adjacent spaces. He should have one less domain requirement (XX--> X). The fact that he is an autodraw card just reinforces that- you could get him in your hand and not have the domain to play him, and he is taking up space that another creature with a lower domain requirement could occupy.

You should compare it with things like Hadarck's Throne and Weather Vane: same flux cost, all three cards gives you domain for 4 flux and some weakness, because Throne have 2 HP, building enchanted with Weather Vane also can be destroyed or Weather Vane can be disenchanted. BUT with Astridian Diplomat you can ran away if you need this domain. There's always places on map where no one can see you. You also can fight against weak creatures. He have 4 HP. He also have vision that Throne and Vane don't and you can see what's going on around your domain giving thing. And it also gives you any domain while Throne or Vane gives you fixed one. No, you won't. Autodraw never gives you card that you can't cast.

No, you won't. Autodraw never gives you card that you can't cast. Alright touché on the autodraw. But comparing him to Hadarks and Weather Vane isn't a good comparison. Why? Because there are far more direct damage/insta-kill spells that destroy creatures than there are ones that destroy buildings. You can run all you like with him, but I'm still gonna lysis him (which takes your domain level down one notch INSTANTLY). Further, Weather Vane at least gives you salvage, or at least it used to. Diplomat doesn't.
