I think that there should be time out autodefeat, when player doing nothing for five turns for example.

Well games can be set to give each player a certain amount of time. I'll set this to be the default.

Time Limit for the entire game? That won't really solve the griefing problem that I could see occur. I start to lose or I just feel like being a jerk today, so I just say screw it and let my time keep running out. I just go afk or whatever, it wastes your time unless you concede, while I'm not even there.

No it is like a chess timer each player gets 30 or 40 mins for the entire game. If someone just sits there they will eventually just lose.

But he will loose after 30(!) minutes and we are talking about autodefeat when player doing absolutely nothing for several turns and his turns ends by timeout.

Also if we start setting time limits on games, the games need to give some more info about the settings that are placed on the game before a person joins. Having more info about the particular game being created would be handy regardless. So I can see the time limit and other pertinent information about that game. Time Limit, Number of Nodes, Size of Map and so on.
You'll wind up with people creating games with a time limit of only a couple of minutes and for the person joining they may not realize and wind up losing just because they ran out of time. I've had that happen to me before when I used to play chess on yahoo games, just didn't notice the maker put a time limit of 1 minute. I lost because I was thinking about moves and ran out of time.

Hi, CuteSprout!
30 minutes is not enough. About half of serious games takes more than 30 minutes.

Hi Altren, I think you're right. I'm just not as advanced as you yet. Congrats on being #1 right now!
