Is it? i've just tried it .. and I really had 6 hexes watered (both wells and always 2 adjacent.. lol, long live to Desolation Totem!) - but AI had only single hex .. so does it just mean, that AI isn't considered to be player?

well, you probably misunderstood me. Every player see 2 flux wells at start, map is valid when for every player at least one of this two flux wells is not in deep water (i.e. this and all adjacent hexes - water) and when lands near this flux well is bigger than three hexes island. So map when one of your flux wells is completely unaccessible by land buildings is still valid.

One sided maps are getting very frequent and always against H2O decks?

C'mon Themist. You getting terrain screwed is the only way mere mortals have a chance against you.

This is even not terrain screw, just weird terrain that shows yours main deck weakness.

This is the reason why I come to decision that decks of this type cannot be seriously competitive.. you get bad terrain and it's gg. Even decks depending on creatures are vulnerable - just put high terrain in their way and they can call it as well .. so for me it's the biggest challenge, to make terrain-resistant deck

I admit it exploits the weakness of my deck that is not my argument. My arguement is that the maps are unbalanced. With ever increasing skills of the player base I don't believe that one player should have two beautiful wells to build on while the other player is searching for room to build. If there is a crazy water map, thats fine but how about both players having to deal with it. I've won plenty of games because of a crappy map and walk away feeling dirty...lol.
