psychotic break cast on spaf greatbow....
spaf never attacks anything (even though the nearest enemy is 3 spaces away)

Actually this occurs with all ranged units. The don't shoot; it's liek they use their ranged weapons as clubs T_T. I'd least think they'd still be sane enough to shoot.
