Wait a sec, you're way off base, mf has the least flying creatures. mf is the perfect place for the airship in terms of balance because the only other flying defense it has is a moody dragon. The point about the mag b. is that it represents a multi-step process that is unavoidable for the most part once set in motion. (when a creature moves in and you get to watch, turn by turn, as he pulls your army into the ocean, for example) this is not so with the airship.

Aside from all this, i've been using one for weeks now in my deck, and it has never been the game changer that i can remember, it tends to do the end of game clean-up/round-up.

I meant MF is able to deal with it best, since they've got volcanoes, apprentice time saps, manipulate and horns to hide, just off the top of my head.

I used glorn airship in a draft today. It was kick ass in the first game and to slow in the second.

Prior to that game i thought it sucked now i think its just ok.

its 3 domain. Can't move and attack. and slow... very slow.

I think it could use a buff more so then a nerf. or better put it could be tweaked.

The comment about the lack of flyer in factions. while maybe true, no faction lacks removal so there is no shortage of options to deal with it imo.

Well lets thing about it form 2 points of view.
1) Its 3 domain creature. That means it must be a pain to kill. After all it must be one of the strongest cards in a given deck. So ¿Is it hard to kill? Yes it is. But there are harder creatures to kill, like tortured ghost. ¿Does it hit hard? Yes it does it hits 4 but considering that it can’t move and attack the same round most of the times it will be hitting 4 every 2 rounds. And because it be in place before attacking most of the creatures will run away before it attacks. So it nearly can attack only buildings.
2) Now it say it is hard to kill. DL answer: Lysis (among others). Elemental answer: Hail storm + sunburst or sunburst + sleet mogi or maybe just 2 sleet mogis (among others). MF answer blounderbuss squad (among others). Sylvian answer: ¡Run you fools! Can’t entangle it, ascent didn’t even affect it doe to it’s low cost. Then well ¡eureka! we found sylvian deficiency. Or maybe a bunch of archers and falcons can handle it. Or maybe lets just ignore it. And finaly, after a journey of like 3 rounds, when it is about to fire we ascent it and it have to travel all the way back. So it will finally attack my buildings in 7 rounds. Game will probably be over by that time.

Conclusion: It is a hard to deal card. But it should, and it is not an imposible to deal card. That’s my opinion.

sylvan have plenty of ways to hit back at airship. the best, like you mentioned, is ascent because it moves so slow. spaf's and baron also come to mind.

agree, glorn airship is fine. adding to the answers already posted: DL: Plague (kills it by the time it gets anywhere), EL: Icy Encasement, Sylv: uh, thistle falcons?, so many archers?

yes it's cheap to cast, yes it's strong, but if you let your opponent hit 3 domain and aren't way ahead on the board by then you were probably already losing.
