Good things about RB:
It can take care of some boring and/or OP cards like Overclock, Training, Claimed with blood, Desolation totem, Benefits of Spectacle, Attrittion, etc.
Bad things about RB:
It makes it impossible (or at lest stupid) to play many cool enchantment based decks like Loyal wilds, Beligerent Dryad, Awaken the Stones, Planar intersection fire, etc.
Suggested fix 1: Put RB third card from the top instead of on the top.
Suggested fix 2: Reduce flux cost and shuffle RB in to the deck instead of putting in on the top.
Suggested fix 3: Increase flux cost.

I don't think it's OP because Bishop goes back on the top of your deck. And if you had out 2 of them, both of them go there .. just imagine mid or late game, where your 2 next draws are gonna be Bishops .. even if you recycle them (=play them again), you must run out of creatures to provide them vision or flux (most of those enchantments it counters are cheaper) thus losing... and the other guy still can play Null Stone which is being ignored right now to make sure you won't get rid of his combo that easily

Secon: Null Stone does not protect against RB. Third: Having other creatures to provide vision is seldom a problem.

Seems you haven't played me then .. I was quite surprised when I've encountered it for the first time (didn't repeat it tho) with Null Stone; true .. obviously it's been really a long time since I've played actively so I'm starting to forget.. but I still think what I've said is true. That card is fine as it is.

Im not sure I think it is OP either, but I dont like that we got a card that makes it impossible/stupid to use so many other cool cards.
