Weird I don't even see the attempt in the log? Can you refresh browser maybe reenter your username and pass and try again

I am having the same problem. I enter my username and password, it tried to connect. Then it says, "Couldn't connect: Disconnected."
This is the Flash version, btw.

Still not sure why this is happening to you guys. MaraFett does yours also say: "Protocol Ver: 2427118076" ?

I'll add my reply to the list of people having this connection d... problem.
It's been this way for about a week now. This is the download version, and my login name and password are pretyped (ie saved) so no extra characters have been added (unless they're hidden and untouchable).

If you are on the download version it may be because you haven't patched. Make sure the launcher runs to completion and see if it is reporting any errors. If you are on vista you may have to run it as admin.

Ahh, okay. I had given up on the launcher since it failed every time when I first got it a month or so ago. I have run it now, it updated everything, and seems I'm logged in as normal. Thanks Jed for the help and fixes!
