The card says "Shield Generator can't have Armor," but if you place a Shield of Faith on it, it does get armor.
Is this a bug or should Shield Generator say "Shield Generator can't gain Armor from Shield Generators?"

Should be your second one. Of course Shield Generator can't provide Armor For itself, or that would be OP.
