Lord of Change is actually pretty well balanced, what with the sacrifice requirements and high casting cost. My only thought is that maybe his attack is a bit too high, and he needs his vision reduced about 1 point. As it stands, you and park him in the second row, middle column and block out two flux points, which is a tad over powered, especially considering you'd need a flying and/or ranged creature to take him down.

It's lord of chaos Agreed that his vision is too much Disagreed that his attack is too high That's my story and I'm sticking to it

Let's run with his theme and make it so that you have to sacrifice a living creature to him. Cuz somehow sacrificing a zombie doesn't seem like it'd satisfy our Greater Demon of Tzeentch

I dont know the effect nulls your locations, so your losing a round most likely when you drop him, and that sacrafice is going to bog your other units down, i havent seen him in play but on paper he seems fine, although i can easily see him being too much.

The sacrificing, to be fair, is really easy to get around. Get your self some ooze - which drops for cheap, and spawns two more of itself. That will buy you some time (and if you can, beckon one of the oozes back with Beckon the Bones, and recast for 3 more creatures). Once you've got a journeyman down, the sacrificing is solved completely.

The real issue is that the vision is 1 too high. Nullifying 2 flux points is game ending.
