Im not certain that this is a bug, but this is what happened: I enchanted a building with Drake Lair and lost controll of it. Then I moved Silver Stagg next to it, expecting to regain controll but I didnt.

You should have lost control of the dragon at the same time as well, careful about that

Figured that's why you had the stag. Would be interesting to know what really does happen to the drake.

And Drake Lair description is clear - Drake leaves play if Lair leaves play. In your case it should be something like - Drake Lair gives you Drake while Lair is in play.
