yeah i thought it was wierd he wasn't aloft, i mean hes lightning, how again does a swamp slow him down?

This guy is more than enough nuisance currently. He doesn't need any tweaks.

Don't let him spawn in controlled space, let him melee aloft creatures, give him hover. Makes him a nice addition to an army that doesn't have many ways of taking out flying creatures besides specialist melee fighters like the Dusk Efreet, and direct damage spells.
