Use ability of sparker on Sleet Mogi after attacking with mogi on a ground target. Mogi can no longer fly across water to make attacks, has movement reduced by terrain.
Lazy programming.

So in other words once he hits the ground in a turn he's landlocked till the new turn? Might not be a bad idea actually... perhaps make an ability to "alight" so you land, attack, get undimmed and take back off, making it impossible to attack him again. I think that in itself is a big boon....

But the way the aloft mechanic has always been described is, if an aloft creature melees, it is grounded until the end of the round. It's never been whether the aloft creature was dimmed or not.

Except that undimming at the start of a round means that the creature is aloft again, so clearly somehow being able to undim means that the creature is able to become aloft again. Interesting implication for losing "aloft" when attacking a ground unit: you could cast entangle on the grounded creature. The mechanic should be that the creature is able to be meleed by ground units, not that it becomes somehow non-aloft.
