So why doesn't flash flood destroy a fireball? it can sit a hole turn on water, but then move off the water next turn?

It is only destroyed in water on the end of round.

Haha I've tried this one. You need to put a cloudburst in front of it. Or park a Silver Stagg next to it. Ley disruption also works.
