Perhaps you can help me word this better:
MM4, power 1, toughness 3
2+dim= create an adjacent copy of target creature you choose positions for target creature and copy the copy has 0 vision and has no attack or block
the copy reports the same power and toughness, if the creature is attacked, or effected by a spell or enchantment, it is destroyed at the start of next round (leaves no corpse).
on the owners screen, the creature would have to appear in a different shade to keep track of which one is false.

Valdune = Sylvan, not Dark Legion... could make it "Yalrinian Illusionist"... or you could swap Ix, Varexes, or Baltasar in there. Your choice which DL faction you'd like to associate this creature with.

D was supposed to just mean "domain"
I'm not sure which domain it should be a part of. I was trying to think of which faction seems tricky and would use illusions. elves can be sneaky so I picked them. although I think it might be sweet in as an elemental card too.

Ahhhh... OK.
I do think this card could fit in just about any domain... but to me it seems like it fits MF the best... then maybe a tie between Ele/DL... but Sylvan could work too.

MF have the Geonmantic Trickster which is essentially an illusionist.. there's precedent there...

You are correct Mist. That's exactly the card I was thinking of when I suggested MF.

I see you're from Madison Sunyaku - how's it going down there? I used to wonder around state street all the time. Is it as cold there as it is here in Minneapolis?

Hehe, I used to live in the Twin Cities, and I mostly likely will again before the year is through! Finding a job to transition to is a real pain right now though. Anyways, I've found that in general, the cold in the Twin Cities is worse than Madison. The air seems to stay a little more moist here (especially in Milwaukee with the lake effect), so the wind doesn't "bite" at you so much.

I think the illusion would stay in play little the end of round though. and then *poof* when the next round starts if the opponent hit the wrong target. just so the mystery goes on for at least the round. It's should probably have 0 vision too.
which name is better: biomantic counterfeiter or charlatan replicator?
charlatan replicator sounds more like it would be a human card maybe. When are we going to start seeing human cards anyway? I'm getting weary of bring back ancient battlefeild corpses just to pretend...
oh oh, here's the dummy text that won't fit because the card description is going to be so long: "one who lies about his craft will soon be found out"

I hear you. not to mention the cost of living up here is horrid. well... unless you live in shady areas...
