Try redownloading the installer. We changed our DirectX version so you may just have to reinstall.

I redownloaded and ran the installer but it's still crashing.

Ive installed that, and managed to get into the game once after running the newest installer.
Then, i had to leave, when i tried to relog there were 2 more updates, and i constantly got "Launcher out of date" errors afterwards.
