I still like how I beat him in the qualifier... harmonic dissonance for the win. It got an 'ooh' from the like 3 people watching the game. As I've told rrowland myself, I hate playing his deck because I'm scared he'll come back and win even after I destroy all his buildings, but I do like his deck for the same reason... I think the only real 'nerf' needed against TI is that it shouldn't be able to clone itself... it can clone other copies of TI... but not the one your casting. (Also rrowland only has 1 TI so if this change happens just don't sell him anymore.. hahaha)

"Duplicate target card in your hand", but what happens with card when we cast it? When you just casted card you don't have it in hand, but effect not happened yet and when you trying to resolve effect there's nothing in hand that you can copy because you just casted TI and it's not in your hand anymore. For example in MTG you putting card on table (right? I played MTG only several times) and you won't be able to do same trick.
Well, other cards in the game do not function like TI. For example, scorched horizons doesn't let you select itself (it autocancels if you try). I see TI casting on itself as more of a bug, quite honestly.

If you have two in your hand, then it should probably be allowed to copy itself, but you can't "cast" a spell and target the same spell in your hand at the same time. This should definitely be considered a bug if that's how it works. The act of "casting" the spell would nullify the target, because it wouldn't be in your hand any more.

I believe I am partly to blame for the "Twisting Intentions" part of this combo. (Sorry guys! )
In the original version it was meant to be a unique spell in order to prevent repeated copying.~Wicked~

yeah...I'm with rrowland on this one. Far Wilds is, from what I can see, a TCG first and its other components (miniatures and fog of war) are secondary mechanics of the overarching TCG feel.
Anyone familiar with the grandfather of all successful TCG's (M:TG) will know it's all about the meta game. If your deck is good, that's great, but if you don't follow the meta game, you'll never place in tournament play.
Trust me, rrowland won't be playing his TI deck very long. People will beat, new cards will come, the meta game will change. That's what TCG tournament play IS.
Also, that's why limited is the truer test of skill. Granted that's purely my opinion, since a different skill set is needed to really rock at drafts. So you can ignore my limited plug if you want, but the meta game comments stand.
