I was recently in a "Keep Cards" tournament.

My first round went fine and I won. Loben (Who was playing his first round in the other side of the tournament bracket) had his opponent disconnect partway through the game and the game would not finish.

Then my client stopped responding and I had to log back in. Loben also logged out as the game would not end vs his opponent. As a result, both Loben and I were considered out of the tournament (?) and we would have been competing for first/second but instead it just ended and neither of us received prizes (Although we did receive the cards we drafted).

Given that we paid 500g each for this I would like to see some sort of reimbursement...

I disconnected and it wouldn't let me log back on for a few minutes...

When my account did allow me to log back in, it treated it as if it were the first time I had logged in. Gave me an in game tutorial.

If you get disconnected you should just rejoin the draft when you reconnect. It will put you back in whatever game you should be playing.
But I'll check the logs and split the draft prize between you guys.

I was one of the people having connection issues in the draft last night as well.

One thing: I would occasionally make it back into my game, but it had been acting like I was still online and afk (counting down the clock and passing for me) instead of acting like I was disconnected (and doing the 5-min countdown).

When I reconnected the draft showed 0/4 players - I think it may have reset since it was empty when we both disconnected?
