When these boards were set up, and until relatively recently, the game [and hence this set of cards] were in beta and there were more or less weekly changes to a large number of cards. This post was from two months ago when the set was officially locked down. There may well still be a bug here or there that we have missed, but you can be certain that your Mercenaries won't go from rare to uncommon, or that your Thistle Falcon won't magically lose a health point and one range the next time you play, for example. The devs were announcing that they are officially done "tinkering". If you find a bug, by all means jump in... but a complaint that card X needs less health is much less likely to get attended to than it was before this thread. Hope that helps :-P
