You can now bet on the winner of any tournament. Anyone can do this if you are in the tournament or not. You can place bets up until the tournament starts.

There isn't a good UI for it yet but if you want to check it out type
/help in the tournament lobby

/odds tells you the current odds for each player (these will change as people place bets)

/bet <Player Name> <Amount> Place a bet on a particular player.

/dogs <Amount> Place a bet on the underdogs. You will win if someone that no one has explicitly bet on wins the tournament.

And for the bracket challenged, here's an example:

You will now get your bet back if you bet on someone who doesn't end up playing in the tournament.
We also added this option:

Thanks for the return of bets on non-competitors. It was very frustrating having placed those bets.

Also, if you bet on dogs and then money comes in on every one, will your bet be returned?
