Let me join this brainstorm session Why not limit the number of AI games per day. Something like...3 games per day?

Phantom Cards and games with AI for it is for noobs only, any good player can earn some gold for his cards without big problems (play in ladder and MF for better gamers). It is senseless to type a heap of phantom cards which will disappear in 20 days. Playing with AI just one of the ways to test your deck when you playing good.

I agree with you about this tech is for noobs, but i dont think thats the main point.
After u earn some gold and start to make 'real' decks, these "phantom mining" strategy dont hit u, because u have a better build (if not, u will still playing default/phantom decks)
To make the game balanced in all phases ("noob" phase included) i think a little adjustment is really needed.
Now, the community isnt that big, but in the future these practice can bother the new players.
IMHO, if im new to the game, pick a default deck and click and 'similar player', i will REALLY think that i will fight against a player with a similar firepower. Its will not occur if im playing with a "phantom miner" player.
However, thats not a huge problem. Its only a feature that needs a little adjust
Again, sorry for bad english

That "phantom miner" has won [let's say 50 matches] and is no longer your "similar player".... they will be matched with others who have been phantom mining or playing for gold and building decks, wouldn't they?

So once we're settled on the premise that the decently (not even exceptionally) good players aren't mining for phantom cards, we're concerned with either 1) newcomers or 2) chronically bad players. As for the first, they'll presumably grow out of it when they have enough money to make a Big Boy deck, right? Is anyone mining for cards that's been playing for a while and winning? And as for the second group, I'm inclined to give them all the advantages they can get.
I guess I don't see the problem?
