I cant create a free draft or sealed game, the options under army type arn't there. it only lets you select normal.

It certainly seems like the option to create drafts and sealed games have been removed in general, not only the free ones. Zwar Gokken, Shark Tank and Keep Cards are currently the only ways to play a draft or sealed games.
