If you look at the timestamps on this thread-- I'm not sure that Diplomat had the salvage ability at the time of RedFlag's post. Just sayin.

Well I think its been changed several times, salvage was added, then its casting cost was raised to 5.

oh man astridian diplomat used to cost 4? why couldn't i have been playing back then. yes it's still a decent card but at 5 flux just a little too hard to use effectively.
