I see someone has had a similar problem wih stone golem.
I casted it on lightning elemental and it didnt prevent lightning elemental from attacking or moving.
Its pretty irritating. Especially when your opponent calls it a flaw in your strategy.

And again I'm saying that entangle have no effect in desert and water and it is written in card description.

If a creature is Entangled: it can still shoot. it can melee creatures that melee it. (as per Battle Back) it can move and melee like normal if it starts in a desert or an ocean. Entangle doesn't go away if the creature becomes aloft or enters a desert or ocean somehow

And just to make crystal clear what jed and Altren said, if a creature is entangled on a plains and is moved to an ocean or desert hex, it will effectively ignore the effects of entangle until it enters a non-desert/non-ocean hex. Upon ending its action in a non-desert/non-ocean hex, it'll be entangled again.

After the latest changes, entangle seems to be broken a bit. I had hell cats entangled in non-deserts. I used arid encroachment to change those hexes to deserts. Both hell cats never changed from zero movement, neither in that round or in subsequent rounds.

Just tried to reproduce: created Dew Mogi, then entangled it, in next round used Arid - moves fine as it should. Can you give me some more info what else you had that might cause this bug.
