If you flood and then use cloudburst on terrain that is temporarily ocean due to the flood, it still reverts back to original terrain when flood expires rather than remaining ocean.

i had the same problem with the sylvan spell that changes the ground (i forgot the name)
And 4 my case it was much more damage, since i changed the terrain to help my units when the terrain was changed back..

flash flood states that the terrain reverts back to its previous terrain.
