A Medium of 4th Circle was magnetited into water space next to Tangler..
but Tangler haven't attacked it!

This is interesting. Perhaps it treats things in water as not "land creatures."
The unit has range, but the text specifies that it melees all adjacent land units.
A unit cannot melee a unit in water, unless it can swim, is aquatic, or aloft (or a goose tamer).
So I think the observed effect by Zurken is correct, at least according to what the card says.
Now I don't know if this is what is *supposed* to happen though.
