Harmonic Dissonace doesn't seem to be working, match 54113. It was played late game and never seemed to take effect.

if that's the one that makes opponent discard 3 cards at random. I couldn't get it to work either. During the draft game I was playing.

2 Vaulen - it's Knowing Despair card. Why you think that it's not work? Actually number of enemy cards just not updating after you cast, but player really loose cards.
