Opponent cannot make any more action this round. This has the same effect as passing the opponent as of the moment this card is played.


Im not sure about the cost though.

Yeah... that seems like an "I win" type card.

This reminds me somewhat of the Overclock card, which allows only 2 actions per round, but this is way one-sided.
