the expected value of the ability is you gain .25 glory, opponent gains .75 glory. So to get 2 glory you would expect a cost of 13 flux, 9 turns and 6 glory for the opponent. Even if the last ability gave you glory instead I'd rather play cathedral of xosa.

Yeah, I wasn't really putting calculations in when I first drew it up.
What happens if I adjust it to this? 50% Chance that you will gain 1 glory. 25% Chance that both players gain 1 glory. 25% Chance that opponent gains 2 glory.

With this change, you're basically saying 75% Chance you gain 1 glory OR .75 glory per dim versus 50% Chance opponent gains 1.5 glory OR .75 per dim
So that should work out, but I was kind of hoping one of the options would involve losing health, you know, when the thugs come to claim those unpaid gambling debts. And then may the owner loses one glory when the card leaves play.

Maybe I just like gambling. I'd rather see an interesting card that REALLY gambles rather than a mediocre card that sort of gambles.

You want more gambling? You'll get more gambling.
Goblin Gambling House 0 Flux 2 UA 0 3/3 0 0 0 (X Flux) Chances: 35% You get X+1 flux back. 25% You get 2X Flux back. 30% You get X-1 Flux back. 10% You lose all flux and 1 glory.
Royal Straights Enchant World Once per turn, both players can spend X Flux and X Glory. They play a round of poker or blackjack. Winner takes all.

Lolz, maybe I should just keep quiet... I am responsible for the Drunken Mortar Team, which everyone seems to hate... I can't imagine people would take kindly to more gambling cards.

Lol, I have not known this annoying assasin Sunny for long enough a time, but I suggest that "sort of" gambling is like the first step towards actual gambling cards in the game .
