Don't think you can donate until 10+. Spots are getting harder to fill so it shouldn't be an issue either way.

Boozie: I am looking into this action. Interesting stuff, seems to be a bit tricky. Although I have killed quite a few rats and even this mean pirate captain dude that did NOT give me the yummy breakfast I was supposed to receive! I skewered his warty hide for such insolence!!
