I think this is a bug, but you decide.

reference game # 81869.

Opponent has thistle falcon.
opponent casts lycanthropy bear on thistle falcon.
I hit thistle falcon (life = negative 1)
i cast the hunger on falcon
falcon is now in my army.
opponent uses the lycanthropy bear enchantment (which is now on my now newly owned falcon) - I instantly lose possession of the falcon and he gets a fresh kodiak bear

Again,
This same bear is then attacking my home base
I cast possession on bear
bear is now in my army. he is wearing my army's colors and clothes
opponent uses lycanthropy bear enchantment (which is now on my newly owned bear) - I lose possession and he gets the bear again

Needless to say, my home base gets wrecked

So, I think that you should not be able to use lycanthropy bear enchantment when the creature is in the opponent's army. the enchantment should only work when it is in your army. or if you are able to use lycanthropy, possession/ownership should not change

That's correct behaviour.
Lycantropy creates new Taken bear when casted.
When you posessed falcon enchantment still belong to him, so no bug here and he is able to use his own enchantment.
When he used it falcon was taken (as written in Lycantropy) and previously taken Kodiak was put into play. This kodiak never was yours, and there was no reasons why it might be.

About second case with posession, when creature is Taken all enchantments on it is taken too, so that's ok, that there is no more posession after using bear ability. But about 2nd bear, was that same lycantropy, or he casted new one? If it was same than there shoul've been your falcon (that was previously Hungered). And that's the only possible bug that might be happened.

Abour your last sentences: there is no reason to change permanent controller (enchantment) if other permanent (creature) controller changed. And you can always use abilities of your own permanents, doesn't matter where they are (good example is Lava Blister).

well, it may not be a bug, but it seems overpowered to me then....
for 2 flux (casting lycanthropy) and then 1 more flux (using it)
essentially, you have a creature that is immune to possession, hunger, a bunch of other enchantments, takes 5 damage to kill and a lysis will cost 4 flux (1 more flux) to kill it.
Additionally, when its ability is used, it is no longer dimmed so its like getting a free attack as well.

lysis 4 casting 2 domain, ascent 4 casting 1 domain, entangle 2 casting 2 domain, disenchant 3 casting 1 domain, negate 2 casting 1 domain... etc there are tons of removal for bear, and at 3 domain 3 casting for it to work I think its pretty even.

You still can use posession. May be not as effective as usually, but still very good: simply use it on new creature, but not old. Opponent can turn his creature back to original for, but then it is probably dead, and he also loose additional flux.
