What is the preferred way to submit bugs at this point: forums, document linked in this thread, or the bug tool in game?

If it's clear card bug and it doesn't looks like complex thing that needs discussion than better use google spreadsheet. If you not sure that it is bug then better post at forum to get answer. I don't know how Jed manage bugs reported from game so I can't say anything about it.

Don't worry - nothing is lost  Use that when you think the problem might be in spec of your computer - that's what it was added for. It also report us your spec.
