I think we focus too much on negatively changing cards and dont notice certain cards could use a boost. Heres a list of cards I feel need a buffing.

Unaligned-
Dimwit Manticore

Flux Capacitor

Null stone

Sylvan-

Pixie Queen

Belligernet Dryad

Wider Woods

Celestial Imperium-

Encircling Sea (Im sure its meant to be used with land of dreams.. Still.. Idk.. Dont quote me on this on. Maybe if it didnt dim creature it would be great.)

Novice Adventurer could use a small boost

Brigade of the Righteous

Mountain Folk-

Heart of the Mountain needs to be able to be placed adjacent to a mountain maybe? Or extend its benefits to gnomes so geomantic trickster might get some play with this card.(note, not constructs or beasts)

Barrier Peaks- Could probably boosted by giving heart of the mountains gnome synergy.

Alpine Spirit- Probably would be good with a base attack of 1 in exchange for a 1 life reduction

Dark Legion-

Psychic Parasite- I strongly believe its cost should be reduced by 1. Even with entangle you payed 2 cards to create a negative ord stone. Without entangle its counter productive to play this card if you plan to kill an enemy.

Hollows Eve- Too expensive for the current game. It could definetly get nerfed later but I wouldnt use it now.

Balastars Lash - How much would you pay for a creature with same stats?

Beckon the Bones - Uh.. why not just reanimate?

Hordes of Chaos-

Interference- I use this card just because there are so few synergetic chaos cards. Still.. too expensive.

Defection- That one flux over isnt compensating for the time you already over pay and for the times you get nothing

Quorum Stone

Furnace of Gibil

Trance Lantern

Insatiable Symbiote- (seriously isnt worth adding even if you have cards that are good with it)

Summoning Circle- (Not enough cards are synergetic with this. Dont dare say volcanic pheonix, I have done that deck)

Crush of the Unknow- All you need is one in a deck.. but no one even uses that many.

Riders of OO'Tong

Drunken mortar Team

Raw Power

Elementals-

Pillar of Fire- Looks weak, I havnt played it yet though

Tailwinds- Sparrow scouts is a better card all around

Planar intersection Fire

Mana Lion- It has a great ability, sure. On average he has 3 or 4 movement or vision. But its not taking into account times when the opponent purposely dose not spend flux to keep it blind. It also isnt taking into consideration is it never gets first move.

Cards i disagree on:
Dimwit Manticore, as a common it can be good for a cheap beastmaster deck, plus its possible to get lucky and have it wreck the opponenet.

Novice Adventurer: sure a small boost wouldn't hurt but i think its fine as is, it sees a good amount of play.

Mf cards: these cards are poor because there aren't any decent ways of making mountains, I would rather see more cards able to make mountains.

Balastars Lash, sure its a little weak but it is one domain

Interference: cheaper than disenchant plus you probably didnt need the extra card anyway

Quorum Stone/Furnace of Gibil: both decent for taking flux wells

Trance Lantern: can do tricks similar to orb of mind control, plus can spawn next to enemies.

Insatiable Symbiote: can be exactly what you need sometimes, Ive won some games on the back of this

Riders of OO'Tong: respectable creature for its stats, don't see a need to change

Pillar of Fire: had this played against me for like 11 flux, kinda like a temporary super bronze statue. Also lets you reach a flux well to build for 3-4 flux.

Tailwinds: its possible to do some sneaky things with this card especially since you can use it the turn its played

Planar Intersection Fire: can be good if you have a lot of flux to waste on it late in the game, a flamekin every turn can be hard to beat

Mana Lion: good stats for its cost, sure the vision/movement can be a problem but it can sometimes be a benefit too especially in a multiplayer game.

I also think beastmaster needs a small boost. By boosting manticore you would also be boosting her. For instance, its an animal.. give it some vision..

Everyone has a symbiote story but no one completely likes it.

Comparing trance lantern to orb is a gross overstatement.

Mana lion dose not have good stats for its cost. The vision movement is a problem and its not some super pumped card in multiplayer. Its ok in multiplayer.

However Im inspired to make a ele flyer deck with tailwinds. Every 1 flux I pay on mana lion gives 2 movement :)

Hello there, how about greatest card ever - Power Alteration.

Also I agree with angelatheist and want to add Null Stone to not too weak cards list, since it is pretty cheap way to keep your base/important area safe.

Truly the greatest card ever! I run at least four or five of them in each deck (but don't tell anyone).

On a more serious note, I think this is a good topic and I will try to come up with something wise to say later on.

strongly disagree on wider woods. slightly disagree on pixie queen. not sure about the dryad, but it seems to have a place in forest decks -- maybe the casting cost should be reduced?

my list of underpowered sylvan cards:

treetop dominion -- no place in any deck I can think of; needs to join the autodraw fraternity. I continue to see no justification why quorum stone is autodraw and dominion is not.

call to battle -- decrease cost by one or increase card draw by one.

twinling -- lots of suggestions elsewhere on the forum.

decomposition -- although it would be a nerf to my ragnarok synergy, I still think it should be area of effect (radius 1, e.g., for casting on altar of ix).

Ill just comment the mentioned cards i agree are lacking
Unaligned-
Dimwit Manticore - i just dont like that type of random card, id preffer lower stats and 100%

Flux Capacitor - twentyonejigawatts!

Null stone - overshadowed by the new mana dome, possibly serene templar but is sorta ok... still usefull

Power Alteration. - just let it dimm to switch back... like the alabaster.

Sylvan-

Pixie Queen - is fine, just sylvan aint into 3domain

Belligernet Dryad - too expensive/situational

Wider Woods - fine other than too high domain, very good in certain decks

+bonus:
decomposition --" it should be area of effect (radius 1-2). " <- THIS

Celestial Imperium-

Encircling Sea - meh

Novice Adventurer - is fine fine fine fine (at least i always have the bad luck of it getting health lol)

Brigade of the Righteous - is good, its just the lyssis heavy metagame that scares you

Mountain Folk-

Heart of the Mountain its benefits to gnomes? uh oh. Broken! but yeah there arent enough dwarves to make it good.
Barrier Peaks- also add +1 move for hill terrain?

Alpine Spirit- is fine just add moar mountains silly :)

Dark Legion-

Psychic Parasite- it slows opponent, works better on some creatures than others, makes them suicidal :) would see more use if altar of ix wasnt so prevalent.

Hollows Eve- This works very good against non-dl decks

Balastars Lash - yeah sad building... needs boost

Beckon the Bones - "Uh.. why not just reanimate?" because :) looks like a 0 cost card to me/or draw a card

Hordes of Chaos-

Interference- good

Defection- "That one flux over isnt compensating for the time you already over pay and for the times you get nothing." True

Quorum Stone- i forget...autodraws? its just a bit of a hassle, still better than treetop dominion.

Trance Lantern - hell no. Good card

Insatiable Symbiote- opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink :)

Summoning Circle- have no idea :(

Crush of the Unknow- is good, people just fear the unknown? lol, requires a slow moving yet very aggresive deck, try some golems

Riders of OO'Tong - the f^%&? how could this be a bad card?

Drunken mortar Team - hey mortar corps is best corps! <hic!> that booze is soo good

Elementals-

Pillar of Fire- now youre silly... this card finally made me dust off and use solistices! Ive had them since the earliest days on TFW. yet never used them basically. I love this card.

Tailwinds- "Sparrow scouts is a better card all around" but combine both and :) :)

Planar intersection Fire - bad card, enchantment itself should cost less, or you should choose their placing. Not even Lord Z likes these too much.

Mana Lion- is perfectly fine. Its supposed to sit there sleeping in the shade, and then one turn destroy two bases on the opposite part of the map. And he doesnt even eat the lizard.
btw why "mana" shouldnt it be "flux"? :)

Oh you Uber... its just a saying.
Basically people will have a hard time agreeing on the symbiote card. Theres a couple of discussions about it actually lol.
