Creature Enchantment
Enchant Non-Aloft Creature. Enchanted Creature has speed of 0 if not in desert or ocean.
If a creature is Entangled:
it can still shoot.
it can melee creatures that melee it. Battle Back
it can move and melee like normal if it starts in a desert or an ocean.
Entangle doesn't go away if the creature becomes aloft or enters a desert or ocean somehow
