The Far Wilds tries to make sure you are always able to increase your domain level. It does this by sometimes changing the next card you would draw. If you don't have a card that gives you domain in your hand and you don't have a domain building currently constructing you will draw the next card that gives you domain left in your Army.
1) If you don't have a Base in play, or in your hand you will draw the first available one from your army if you have the domain for it.
2) If you have a card in hand that you don't have the domain for and you don't have a card that gives you that domain in hand that you can play you will draw a card from your army that gives you that domain if you have one.
3) If you have a card in hand that you don't have the domain for and you don't have a card that gives you that domain in hand or in your army you will draw a basic building that gives domain that allows you to play the card.
4) If you don't have a card that gives you domain in hand that you can play. You will draw the first available one from your army.
This means if you are playing a Dark Legion and Sylvan Army and you will draw a Grove if you don't have the Sylvan domain needed to cast some Sylvan card in your hand.
Specifically, autodraw will only give you domains or bases that you can play and the draw replacements happens in the above order (only the first one that applies).
Some Problems with Autodraw
Drawing domain cards that give you domain you already have (2.They allow you to play more cards in your hand but not necessarily the ones you want)
Drawing domain cards for domain that you don't currently have but have easy access to: e.g. Alabaster Pantheon
Drawing basic buildings for domain before other domain cards in your deck (normally occurs because you don't have enough domain to play the other cards or when in your opening hand)
