All Creatures take their end of round and start round actions now.
Specifics of Operation
All creatures take their end of round actions, followed by their after end of round actions, followed by their start of round actions.
End of round actions will include things stated on the cards as "End of Round", such as the Constable of Glorn giving a building +1 Vision.
After end of round actions will include actions such as losing two life in water or dying if they have less than 0 HP.
Start of round actions will include undimming and things stated on the card text as "At beginning of the round".
Actions occur in order the creatures were created.
