Given that you can taken no actions while Zeppelin Raiders is in play without losing it, I suggest giving it "battle ready"

*shrugs* I don't know if there's anything worth tweaking to make it more playable in the constructed format, but I use it all the time in limited format. I'm not convinced it needs a serious adjustment.

It's not really a serious adjustment. It lives at most 5 rounds, and less if you have to move other creatures.
