Expert Clash is every 6 hours now, and always created in same time:
UTC: 0:30 6:30 12:30 18:30
or
EST: 1:30 7:30 13:30 19:30

Also new tournament - Beginners Clash for players with less than 200 wins and 10g prize pool (one hour before EC):
UTC: 23:30 5:30 11:30 17:30
or
EST: 0:30 6:30 12:30 18:30

Finally an EC that is always same time. =) No more missing Ec by 2 mins.

Altren/grug : It seems that the times might be wrong. My computer is set to EST time zone and this is what I see:



It shows an EC at 14:30 not 13:30
